In the beginning, since 1956, the restaurant served many popular cuisines, similar to what they used to serve in Jaffa, but the brothers realized in 1967 that having one specialized cuisine will increase their chances of success, so they have decided to be specialized in serving hummus, Flafel, Foul Modames (Fava beans, Musabaha and Qudsieh, and the costumers seemed to admire this decision as they have been completely satisfied therefore, this is what Hashem has been serving till this day in the branches of Jordan.
With the expansion of Hashem’s branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the restaurant management decided to add other dishes that follow the basic dishes in Jordan, such as Falafel sandwiches with tortilla, hummus with added liver, chicken or minced meat, as well as foul with tomato sauce, and of course spoiling the beloved kids with a special kids meal.
